What is the show about? What kind of the show is it?

The House of Dancing Water is the world’s largest water–based show that’s exclusive to City of Dreams, Macau, personally created and directed by the world’s greatest showmaker Mr. Franco Dragone. It is a spectacular love story through time and space featuring a dazzling display of watery image with state-of-the-art effects and never seen choreography.

It lasts about 85 minutes and no intermission.

Where is the best seat?

This will greatly depend on your preferences, For instance, if you would like to have absolutely the best view in the house, VIP and A Reserve tickets are recommended. If you do not mind getting wet, or if you’d like to be closer to action, B Reserve tickets do provide a good value. If you want to enjoy the show without having to spend top money, you can go with C Reserve tickets.

Tickets are automatically allocated via our Ticketing network on a ‘next best available’ seating system. When you make your booking, the tickets allocated to you are the best seats then available.

Children under 6 year old are not recommended to watch the show; regardless of ages, all guests have to hold a valid ticket for admission.

The House of Dancing Water Box Office is open from 11am to 10pm daily.
Dark Days: Open from 11am to 8pm

What happens in the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoon no.8?

If a typhoon no.8 comes near Macau, we will make an official announcement on our official website at noon to update patrons whether our show will be performed on that day.

When should I come to collect the ticket after I have booked the tickets through online or telephone?

Guest can collect tickets any time during the box office operation hours once the booking is confirmed, It is highly recommend that tickets are collected at least 1 hour before the show in order to prevent long queuing time.

What documents should I bring upon ticket collection at Dancing Water Box Office?

All patrons are required to collect the tickets in person, upon ticket collection, please bring along the credit card used for reservation, and photo I.D. for verification purposes.

Can the ticket be reprinted if the ticket is lost? What should I do for requesting to reprint the ticket?

Yes, we will issue a replacement ticket to guest after verification of all patron’s personal information.

Can the ticket be refunded or changed to another date and time?

Unfortunately, according to Conditions of Sale, No change, exchange or refund of tickets is available once the booking is confirmed.

How long can I have a booking for the ticket before the show?

Tickets can be booked 3 months in advance.

Can I use Credit Cards to buy tickets online?

Certainly, we accept all common credit cards, including VISA, Master, American Express, JCB. If you would like to pay in Cash / China Union Pay (CUP), please approach our box office.

Please note: We only accept China Union Pay (CUP) cards issued by Mainland China based banks; any CUP cards issued by banks based in other countries or districts will only be accepted for ticket purchase at the box office.

Questions: Tips for watching the show

Q1:
How can you avoid long queues to get in?
A1:
It is Easy - pick up your tickets at least an hour before the show, and enter the theater 15 minutes before. This will give you time to take pictures with our motocross bike at the entrance! Latecomers are admitted into the theater 10 minutes after the performance has begun, so enter early to make sure you don’t miss any of the show!

Can we take photo during the show?

If you want a great picture from the show, here are some tips to help. Firstly, as the scenes are constantly changing, using a zoom lens will help to capture the best moments. Secondly, please be reminded that the use of flash for photo taking and video recording are prohibited as they affect the performers.

Is there any food & beverage counter inside the theater? Can I bring my own food or drink to the theater?

Yes, after tickets check point, there are Dancing Water Theater Concessions on the right side, couple of snacks and drink are available for sale, including Popcorns, Hotdogs, Nachos, Champagne, Red Wine, White Wine, Soft drink. Food and beverage from outside are forbidden.

Can I use cell phone during the show?

Guests must turn off all the cell phone and wireless apparatus because it will influence the machine of the theater.

Can I still get admission to the theater if I was late?

Yes, but according to the Conditions of Entry, in order not to disturb the other audience and performers, late attendees could only get into the theater between the changing times of the scenes.

Is there any towels or raincoats will be provided if my seats is on the front row?

Towels are provided for use during the show to audience seated on the first four rows.

Yes, on show day: operation hour from 13:15-22:15; on dark day: 14:00-19:00.

Is there any free parking if I watch the show at Dancing Water Theater?

Yes, 24 hours free self-parking at Hark Rock Hotel for on-day show and 2 hours free self-parking at Hark Rock Hotel for advance tickets purchase, as well as 3 hours free self-parking at Grand Hyatt Hotel (please get the Free parking stamp at The House of Dancing Water Box Office by presenting the on-day show ticket & parking ticket)
